fabriquekairos.com reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time.
Art. 2. Rates and Availability:
The Items and prices are valid as long as they are available for consultation on the website and subject to availability from our suppliers (note the risk of longer delays due to Covid-19). Our prices are inclusive of VAT in euros, excluding transport, subject to change without notice, within the limits of available stocks, and subject to typographical errors.
The characteristics (sizes, colors, etc.) mentioned in this site have only an indicative value, fabriquekairos.com undertakes to apply the prices in force which will have been indicated to you at the time of your order, subject to availability at this date.
Art. 3. Validation of orders and electronic signature

For information and as an indication: Most of our available items are in stock and therefore deliverable between 1 and 3 working days minimum,
upon confirmation of the order (variable times for destinations outside mainland France). If the item(s) ordered are not available in our stock, and within the limits of the available stocks of our suppliers, delivery between 10 and 15 working days minimum upon confirmation of the customer order (caution risk of longer delays due to the Covid -19).
The cost of a shipment in metropolitan France amounts to 5.90€ for an order ranging from 0 to 47.5€, beyond that, the shipping costs are free.
For shipping in Europe in the EU zone, the costs are €11.90 for an order ranging from 0 to €47.5, beyond that, the shipping costs are €6.90.
For shipping outside the European Union, the costs are €13.90 for an order ranging from 0 to €47.5, beyond that, the shipping costs are €9.90.
Art. 6: Responsibilities
Risk transfer:
The transfer of risk on the Articles takes place upon delivery of the Articles by fabriquekairos.com to the carrier. Thus, the Items travel at the Customer's risk and peril. Reservations upon receipt of the Articles:
The Customer may only issue reservations upon delivery of the Items in the event of delivery not conforming quantitatively to the order,
or in the event that the package containing the Items is badly damaged. These reservations must be made in writing to the carrier upon delivery. A copy of these reservations must be sent to fabriquekairos.com (by e-mail: fabriquekairos@gmail.com) no later than 24 hours after these reservations have been made.
It is up to the Customer to provide with this shipment to fabriquekairos.com confirmation by the carrier of the reality of these reservations.
- fabriquekairos.com cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product,
force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of means of transport and/or communications, flooding, fire.

Art. 7: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with art. L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of his order, to return any item that does not suit him or the refund without penalty, to the exception of return and re-sending costs.
Art. 8: Return
If the above procedure has been followed, and if it is thus proven that the reservations are due to the fact that the package and the Articles are badly damaged,
fabriquekairos.com will make a new delivery of similar items, otherwise no return of items will be accepted. Any return of Items must be validated by fabriquekairos.com which will provide a return agreement number
- The return costs in the event of a withdrawal will be borne by the customer.
This right of return can only be accepted for complete Items, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.),
with a copy of the purchase invoice, accompanied by the return agreement number.
